Why throw a fish when you can teach them to fish as the old saying goes, with this in mind Shakti Anand Trust was created such that the knowledge of yoga, meditation, mindfulnness, coaching, leadership, healing, ayurveda, with aim to empower wellness and mind management, could be available to all even those who do not have funds through donations.
